FERC Child Development Center Tuition Assistance Program 

The Tuition Assistance Review Committee 

The Tuition Assistance Review Committee (Committee) of the Board of Directors (Board) of the FERC Child Development Center (Center) consists of the at least the Center's Director, the Treasurer of the Board, and the Chair of the Board.  This review team conducts an annual review, or emergency review, of family finances to allocate tuition assistance funds.  Any family with a child or children currently enrolled in the Center or who has a given enrollment date is eligible to apply for tuition assistance.  The goal of Board's Tuition Assistance Program is to make quality child care services available to families by providing assistance to all families with documented need, up to a maximum of 30% of tuition.

All requests for a Tuition Assistance Application should be sent to the Everbrook Director.  
SUBMISSION CHECKLIST
​(1) Tuition Assistance Checklist; (2) Application; (3) Copies of pay statements; (4) Federal income tax returns; (5) Cover letter; (6) Signed agreement to help with the Center's fundraising efforts. 
IIMPORTANT DEADLINES
The Tuition Assistance Program is announced each summer and each grant provides assistance for the entire academic year.
Emergency requests for tuition assistance are considered on a case-by-case basis.
